<Cancelation policy>
Any order placed can be cancelled after payment but only if the order is cancelled before the items are shipped.
<Returns policy>
We ask you for a careful examination prior to your purchase (size, color, or etc.)
※ Please be informed that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges.
※ We accept returns if you receive defective products or different different products from your order. We don't accept returns if you are returning the items just because you changed your mind on size, color, etc.
*Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.

-Please inspect your order when it is received. Please notify us of any discrepancies within 7 days of receipt

-A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone.
-If you wish to return an item for a refund, the item must be returned to us within 20 days of date of purchase.
-Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.
*Please be advised that returns are accepted only if you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.
* Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.
The followings are not eligible for returns :
*Any items reported after 7 days from the date of receiving
*Any items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
*Items having trace of scent, cigarette, perfume, use, wash, or alterations.
*Items that have been damaged intentionally including, but not limited to, lost tags, alterations, washing damages, even if the item was defective upon arrival
*All goods returned without previous notice or in spite of return denial by our CS team will not be accepted
The following items are not considered defective:
* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
* Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
* Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production
<Refunds>
It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be info that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
